Hot Melt Roller Coater/Hot Roll Laminator Combo Machine (SO18547) Video:
This machine combines a Union Hot Melt Roller Coater, Union Hot Roll Laminator, and unwind stand(s) all within a single framework of one machine. Our Hot Melt Roller Coater/Hot Roll Laminator Combination machine is a two in one type of machine. It is capable of laminating heat activated adhesive backed films and/or foils to one or both sides of EPS foam sheets. This is accomplished by the use of the heated rolls of the Hot Roll Laminator portion of the machine. This machine is also capable of applying hot melt adhesive to both sides of EPS foam sheets and laminating an upper and lower film/foil by the use of the Hot Melt Roller Coater portion of the machine.
